Thanks Card

Here's a fun thanks card. It opens with velcro which is a fun touch. Just have a million people to thank and so much to be thankful for so I'm not sure where this card is going.

Fall Layouts

It's fall! And I wish I had all my fall photos developed and ready to scrap. But I don't. Here are a couple of layouts from last years Fall. I love this first one. It's probably my favorite fall layout I have. I just love the pictures and how unplanned they were is even better. Keep in mind- No layout or project I do for that matter takes longer than 30 minutes. I don't have that kind of time!

This last layout came together in about 5 minutes. Again, it's not the best ever, but I just go with it and its in the album. Memory preserved!

Sisters

This layout is about how I don't really think my girls look alike. Generally I get the oldest is more her dad and the little one is more me. But in this photo--I think they look so much alike.

Lucky Seven

My oldest is seven. Sigh! Time goes by way too fast. I wish I could bottle her up and keep her this age. She is so cute, smart, teachable, and wonderful. I love this girl. I love taking her picture. Just recently her little sis realized that Mom appreciates cooperation with photo shoots and she's gotten much better. But my oldest is a pro. She is so photogenic. She makes my job as a photographer really easy!

This page turned out darling, I think. Sometimes I just want a lot of photos, and a lot of big photos. So there isn't much journaling. I just let the photos do the talking. I used My Mind's Eye mixed with some basic cardstock and used the cricut for some fun die cute. And I love it-- not nearly as much as I love this girl though!

Pretty Little

This picture was taken over a year ago. My little one was about a year and a half. I love her sweet face in these photos. I'm so glad I take the time (from time to time) to take gorgeous photos. And then scrapping them and having them preserved in an album is just icing on the cake!

Autumn Time

We went up in the mountains and enjoyed the Fall leaves with some good friends. I can't believe how cute the girlies are. They are growing so fast. The little one is talking up a storm!

All Time Favorites

These are two of my All Time Favorites. I love the photos and the design and almost everything about these two pages. And if I designed them today, I think I'd still like them. That, in my opinion, is a very good thing.
I really am so lucky. Lucky girl is me!

Camping

Our Family loves to go camping. Usually when we go, we go with cousins, which my kids love. Here's a fun layout documenting our trip this summer. I really need to get better at photographing my layouts. I'll have to work on that. But I think you can get the idea.

For My Lesson

I whipped out this layout in a hurry. My Relief Society lesson was on the proclamation and I needed a visual for the table. I love these pictures although my littlest one looks a lot different now. Fun fun fun!

My girl

I loved taking these photos in my Dad's farm. The very place I spent hours upon hours wandering, singing, making up stories in my head and imagining whatever I wanted. It was fun to see her doing the same.

So fun! These are old pages of my little lady. Back when I worked on the design team. Trends in scrapping sure change!

My Man

I'm just now reminding myself that I need to do more layouts about my sweetie, because I always love the results. These are oldies, but goodies. And can I just say how much he loves the snowmobile page. He loves it! He loves to snowmobile and I worry every time he goes.

Mother's Day Album

Okay- so I must have had a lot of time on my hands. LOL. Because I made three of them that year for Mother's Day. One to keep and one for each Grandmother. This was one of the first cricut products I did. I used KI Memories new line at the time. I love these photos of my little princess.

School Girl

I can't believe how little she looks in these pictures. I remember thinking we had so many years left to play together all day. And we did. They just flew by. She was almost three in these pictures and I thought she looked like a school girl in this outfit. It was August, so that's where the title came from. Everyone was heading back to school and we were just continuing to hang out everyday together. Oh how I miss it. Those were the days I tell you!

Just reminising

Oh it's so fun to go back through scrapbooks and see the old stuff. The memories are so fun to have documented. These seem like an eternity ago. We had just one little girl. We lived in Minnesota. Life changes, that's for sure. And that's why I love this hobby. I love creating with new product, I love journaling for my family, I love photography, and I love reminising. That's a good thing because when I'm 90 I'll have volumes of scrapbooks and lots of remembering to do.

Croppin' Paradise Design Team

Here's some pages from a few years back, when I worked with Croppin' Paradise on their Design Team. I loved receiving product to play with and just come up with fun layouts. Sometimes I miss being on a design team. It's fun but lots of work too. It almost took the fun out of this hobby. Maybe someday again, when life slows down a little. Right now I have to soak up every second with the little ones, while they are little.

Design Work

I've been wanting to start a scrappy blog for a long time. I scrap all the time and I enjoy perusing other scrapbook blogs. It's also a place to keep my work somewhat organized. I started posting some old design work (Like can you say 2006?) Yikes, that was a while ago, and boy do the trends change. I have pictures of these already on the computer so I thought I'd begin my blog with some oldies, but goodies.
